The front suspension and all-terrain wheels as well as the multi-position reclining seats, can be used for children up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and kids as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.
The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a weak seat made of hard plastic and a design which appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with lighter weights which is why it's not the best option in the event you're looking for an economical option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it does have enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy to move it around flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's difficult to push it while your legs are hanging in that way. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. It's a little more challenging to close, however. You need to slide a slider and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating when you're trying to keep your children entertained while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a compact, but deep storage basket. It can fit an enormous diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud comes with a parent tray and a child tray each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

The first products they made were diapers and crib pads, but they now manufacture various baby products, including highchairs, strollers, infant car seats and toys. The company is located in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that's great for traveling. It weighs only 18 lbs and is lighter than some single strollers. It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclining seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have windows that peek out and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors can be adjusted to fit children of different heights. It also features a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also great to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats and therefore your children must be at least six months old and have solid neck control in order to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, pushchair twin and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with luxurious details that make it ideal for travel. It folds easily and very easy to move around. It also can easily fit into the overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's more expensive, but it offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with a lot of features. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 pounds and has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket, a parent storage pocket, and more. This stroller can also be used with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.
This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking feature, so it may not be the best choice for terrain that is steep or rocky. It's still a good choice for most families, as it can be easily maneuvered on paved surfaces and other smooth surfaces.
